Wembley Park Masterplan: 10 Years On

Ten years on, our Wembley Park Masterplan with Quintain continues to reshape Wembley. Once an area of declining high streets, outdated industry, car parks, and vacant land surrounding a global stage, Wembley Park has transformed into a thriving new district recently recognised by The Times as one of the best places to live in London in 2025.

Over the past decade, we have completed three residential buildings - AltoLandsby, and Alameda - delivering 1,063 new homes. We have also significantly enhanced the public realm along Olympic Way, with Samovar Space and the Soundshell being launched in April 2022 during a community event that featured live performances via ‘BBC Introducing’.

Now, the latest piece of our masterplan sees Union Park a former car park reborn as a seven-acre meadow, home to 27 wildflower species and calming water features, creating a biodiverse haven for all.

This long-term vision is delivering a sustainable, lively place that balances international appeal with local community life, fundamentally changing Wembley Park’s character and future. Union Park stands as a shared triumph with Quintain, Brent Council, LDA Design, and Gross Max.
