The Palladium on Shepherd’s Bush Green is approaching completion. Sited between the Pavilion and the Empire, the site had been used as a cinema since the early 20th Century.

Fragments of the fabric of the two original buildings on the site have been retained including the Palladium’s pedimented faience façade at the entrance and the earlier Cinematograph façade featuring the ticket price signage along Rockwood Place. The new building rises from these two facades to create a slender 8 storey brick tower between its listed neighbours which steps down towards the west creating a series of outdoor terraces. It is connected to our award-winning Shepherd’s Bush Pavilion Hotel for Dorsett next door and provides 76 long stay apartments for the hotel.
