Planning Approval for 69-71 Warren Street / 301-305 Euston Road

 
 

Following a period of positive collaboration with Camden Planning and Design officers and extensive public engagement we are proud to announce that our Retrofit / Expansive Reuse project in Warren St/ Euston Rd received unanimous support from the Planning Committee last night. 

70% of the existing structure will be retained and three floors will be added to the building to create further high-quality office space. High performance facades will help to minimise energy use, and the all electric MEP will contribute to a BREAM Excellent rating.
