Building on the practice’s portfolio of projects in Havering, Waterloo & Queen Street Plots 9 and 10 in Romford have received planning consent.

Part of the 12 Estates Joint Venture between Havering Council and Wates Residential, the scheme will deliver 107 high-quality, affordable homes, a new community space for local residents, and attractively landscaped public spaces. Plot 9 is a part four and part six-storey building comprising 70 dwellings with a community centre at ground level, while Plot 10 is four storeys and provides 37 dwellings. Building heights transition away from the Grade II listed St Andrew’s Church to maintain lower massing to enhance a sensitive setting.
