Our proposals for expansive reuse have received unanimous planning approval.

Our approach reimagines an outdated Central London office building and adjacent town house, creating a best-in-class sustainable office located within Camden’s Knowledge Quarter together with a fully refurbished West-End family home. At least 70% of the existing building’s structure will be retained, adding three additional floors, a communal roof terrace, new 

high-performing façades and an all-electric building services strategy contributing towards a BREAM Excellent rating.
