Zephaniah House (formerly Ujima House) in Brent, reached a major milestone last month with a topping-out ceremony.

Delivered in partnership with Wates Residential and Brent Council, the scheme will provide 54 new homes. The project marks a significant step towards delivering much-needed family-sized, affordable homes as part of the wider Wembley Housing Zone regeneration.
