The Tree of Life is a high end residential tower and a highly sustainable design and landmark on the Dubai waterfront.

The Tree of Life was designed to deliver 16 luxury penthouses, 65 luxury apartments, a members club by invitation offering two signature restaurants, a Health Club, Infinity Pool and Spa, Beauty Salon, medical centre, jungle lobby with tea, juice and sandwich bar, staff apartments and approx 200 car parking spaces, all designed to a LEED Gold rating.

The distribution of the brief sees the penthouses located in the canopy and apartments in the trunk, which generates the recognisable form of the Tree of Life.

From its dramatic entrance, separate lifts give access to the apartments in the trunk and express lifts carry residents to the sky garden lobby at the top of the Tree, where an elegant structural form sweeps out to create a stunning canopy.
