The Pages is part of the wider Cecil Avenue residential development in the Wembley Housing Zone. FLINT the interior designers for the main scheme, were commissioned to design the marketing suite, continuing their collaboration with Wates Residential and Brent Council.

The concept was an urban gallery that guides visitors through a curated display of materials, finishes, and marketing collateral into the show apartment. A continuous birch plywood ribbon meanders through the space, echoing the main reception area within the larger scheme, creating human scale within the double-height industrial setting, and providing a warm backdrop for the displays.

Situated on the ground floor, the marketing suite has a strong presence on White Horse Square, Wembley with expansive windows that showcase the scheme to prospective residents.
