The BBC’s New Year’s Evening Midnight Concert, Hootenanny and Top of the Pops are all being filmed at Riverside Studios. The new ‘Digital Arts Centre’ comprises purpose-built production studios, a cinema, theatre facilities, rehearsal space, a new riverside restaurant and a public foyer where the café looks out over the new riverside walkway to Hammersmith Bridge.

As part of the redevelopment, a new riverside walkway will be created to connect the Thames Path to Hammersmith Bridge. The foyer to the studios is an extension of the Thames walkway; fully glazed, it allows views from the new public realm to create a welcoming front door to the cafes, restaurants and bars within, which spill out under canopies into the public realm, re-establishing the Studios as a social destination in Hammersmith.
