A Planning Application has been submitted for the Hotel Wembley, in Wembley Park.

Located at the heart of Wembley Park, the proposed development of Plot NW04 completes the final piece of the North West Lands masterplan, transforming the temporary meanwhile spaces of Market Square and Samovar Space into a permanent civic destination.

The proposals bring forward a 17‑storey hotel set above an active, human‑scaled base ground floor that integrates new retail floorspace and hotel amenities together with a generous new Civic Square that enhances Wembley Park’s network of public spaces and reinforces the role of the Civic Centre as a key community anchor.
