A sensitive restoration of a Grade II* listed Queen Anne revival style mansion property situated within a 0.25 acre site in Kensington Palace Gardens, and overlooking Palace Green and Kensington Palace, transforming the property into five apartments and a separate coach house. 

Upon completion, the mansion (originally built in 1868-1870) will become one of the finest residential developments to launch in London, safeguarding the future of the listed building. 

Flanagan Lawrence were appointed to provide Executive Architect, Interior Architect and client side architectural Compliance Monitoring Team (CMT) services covering all external and interior architectural elements of the development. 

The project is due for completion in Q2 / Q3 2025.
