Works are progressing rapidly on site. The roof retro-fit on the Historic Building is well underway and the interiors are taking shape.

The new brick and Portland Stone façade to the Coach House has commenced and the roof works are almost complete. 

Originally designed by Phillip Webb for the Howard family, this site is being redeveloped by Redd into 6 prime residential apartments. 

The consented planning scheme has been carefully detailed to provide a cohesive design blending modern requirements with historic features.
