Pre-concept designs for two residential buildings in Dubai represent the first venture by Flanagan Lawrence into Dubai.

Two buildings sit on a key corner site of a large town square, which sits at the centre of a large masterplan, and are articulated to respond to their location and orientation to provide 275 carefully crafted apartments which enjoy views across the beautifully landscaped square.
