James joined Flanagan Lawrence in 2022, and has recently been involved on the prime residential and refurbishment project, One Palace Green in Kensington.
James has gained considerable experience working on One Palace Green, the sensitive restoration and retrofit of a Grade II* listed Queen Anne Revival mansion in Kensington Palace Gardens. Built between 1868 and 1870, the property has been transformed into five apartments and a detached coach house, safeguarding the listed building.
Prior to Flanagan Lawrence, James spent 3 years at Squire and Partners where he gained experience working on a range of projects from commercial to residential and at various scales in size. Notably he was involved on the refurbishment of 78 St James’s Street in Westminster into a 100,000 sqft modern workspace.
