The Church End scheme is situated along Church Road, Brent and is a key part of Brent Council’s regeneration vision. The Church End development is a significant regeneration project in the London Borough of Brent, aiming to revitalize the local area by providing new housing, commercial spaces, and a redesigned market square. Located on Church Road, the development will deliver 99 Council homes.

Church End is a residential led mixed use development which provides affordable rent and ground floor commercial units. The scheme received detailed planning consent in March 2017.

Flanagan Lawrence Architects were appointed to develop the technical design and support the main contractor during the construction phase. During the technical design stage a number of changes were introduced and these were delivered as a Non-Material Amendment (NMA) under the existing consent. 

Flanagan Lawrence are Architect and Lead Designer for stages 4B, 5 and 6.
