Located on Wembley High Road within the Wembley Housing Zone, Cecil Avenue is a residential-led, mixed-use development bringing 237 new homes to the town centre. 87 affordable homes (37%) and 150 private for-sale homes across one- to four-bed apartments and maisonettes.

 The project topped out last month at nine storeys, marking a key construction milestone and signalling the next phase of façade and fit-out. New public realm, a publicly accessible garden and play space, and ground-floor commercial uses support town-centre vitality and local jobs.
