Flanagan Lawrence were appointed in 2023 by Ghelamco for Executive Architect Services in connection with this mixed use residential-led development. Following a detailed peer review of the consented design, Flanagan Lawrence were engaged to work within the consented building envelope, reconfiguring the floorplates and apartment layouts internally to improve space planning, coordination and matters of buildability, and to review the interior materials and finishes specification to create a product commensurate with the target market sales values to be achieved.

Flanagan Lawrence are Architect and Lead Designer from Stage 4 of the project.
