Flanagan Lawrence are appointed to design and deliver this new Super-Prime Residential Building situated on Buckingham Gate in the London Borough of Westminster.

In our role as Architect, Interior Architect and Lead Designer we have undertaken RIBA Workstages 3 and 4 to date and have secured consent for several NMA’s. The formation of the sub and super structure is complete and the project is currently out to Tender for Phase 2 which will include the construction of the building envelope and the internal fit out.

The building comprises 2 levels of Basement, a Lower Ground floor , Ground Floor and 8 upper levels of very high specification residential apartments.

Basement level amenities include a pool, gym, spa and treatment rooms, as well as car parking and plant space.
