The Nova Building – designed by Benson + Forsyth – is a premium residential development. FLINT, Flanagan Lawrence’s interior design team, were appointed in 2011 by Land Securities as Interior Designer and Interior Architect for the building.

The scheme comprises 170 private apartments across 12 floors, with a further 6 retail units at ground and first floor levels. Accommodation ranges from compact studios to 4 bed duplex penthouses, clustered around a series of 4 cores, with each having its own front door at ground level – offering a greater sense of exclusivity. Lobbies on all floors enjoy natural light and external views, engendering a greater sense of place.

The interior design concepts are contemporary, working with and complementing the buildings’ exterior expression through the careful use of materials, finishes and bespoke detailing to create a sequence of domestic interiors enhanced by the use of space and light.
