Whilst at Flanagan Lawrence, Simon has worked on a residential-led, mixed-use masterplan in Greenford, within the old GSK pharmaceutical headquarters site, consisting of 593 residential units, a retail store; cinema; restaurants; community use; and the refurbishmentof the existing Grade II listed building ‘Glaxo House’ into a contemporary office building.
Simon has also worked on Alto Apartments, Wembley; the 362-unit residential scheme with ground floor retail and community use and is now leading Plot W03, Wembley – a 340-unit, 100% BTRscheme with ground floor retail, resident amenity facilities and rooftop gardens.
Prior to joining Flanagan Lawrence, Simon worked on several residential, mixed-use, masterplan and regeneration projects across the UK. These included; master planning two urban blocks comprising 250+ new homes in Salford Manchester,; and a new build estate regeneration scheme at Loughborough Park Estate, Brixton – a 525 unit scheme with a community centre and landscaped gardens. Simon was also awarded the ‘Arup Environmental Design Award’ for his final year thesis project, ‘Healing Homes in Healthy Communities’.
