Flanagan Lawrence shortlisted at the World Architecture Festival 2019

We are excited to have been shortlisted in the World Architectural Festival and Awards for two of our projects, 234 Bath Road and 11 - 15 Grosvenor Crescent. Both have been shortlisted in the Completed Buildings: New and Old category.

234 Bath Road, designed by Flanagan Lawrence for SEGRO, creates a dynamic new gateway building to their Slough Trading Estate. The scheme is a three-storey office building located at the corner of Bath and Leigh Roads. Central to the design is a language of details and materials that, while maintaining robustness, civic scale and impact, delivers a building which is clean, crisp and light. The refurbishment and re-modelling of 11 – 15 Grosvenor Crescent transformed a listed building which had suffered from unsophisticated intervention, into a prime residential scheme with dynamic new additions that complement the historic fabric. Read more about the project here.

The World Architecture Festival will take place between 4 – 6 December 2019 in Amsterdam where the winners will be announced.
