Eimear has experience of working on large commercial and public-sector developments, as well as bespoke high-end residential projects.

Elmear has adopted lead roles on 20 Grosvenor Street, a commercial office building in Mayfair and 11-15 Grosvenor Crescent, a high-end residential scheme in Belgravia, where she was responsible for the design of the external envelope.

Having recently working on Riverside Studios, where she was responsible for the detailed design of the fit-out, including a cinema and three television studios, Eimear is now leading the team on the design of a new music centre at the University of St. Andrews, Scotland’s oldest university.

Prior to working at Flanagan Lawrence, Elmear worked on several high-end projects in Ireland, including a prototype for educational special needs accommodation; a regenerative masterplan for Limerick Docklands comprising a mixed-use accommodation; the conservation and renovation of many Grade II Listed Georgian buildings in Dublin; and “The Dock” Arts Centre in Carrick-on-Shannon, Ireland.
